Please note that your apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest. On the day of departure, we can make your apartment available to you until 9:00 a.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., please notify us.

For a fixed booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total price.

You can order fresh bread rolls for breakfast from us every day until 6 p.m., which we will deliver to your apartment door every morning.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

For our younger guests: Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge upon advance request.

For short stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a 15% surcharge on the daily rate.

Parking is available directly at the house. One parking space per apartment (4 persons). Additional parking spaces are available only upon request and cannot be guaranteed.

We ask for your understanding that our entire establishment is a non-smoking area for the general well-being of all guests.

A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening, there is a night bus (at the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus schedules here.

To avoid long lines at the ski pass ticket office, you can also purchase your ski pass directly from us at the hotel.

Winter:
– Up to 3 months before arrival – no charge
– Up to 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total price
– 29 days before arrival and in case of no-show – 90% of the total price
– In case of early departure – 100% of the total price

Summer:
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price.
