Prices are in euros for the entire apartment (based on normal occupancy) per day, plus local tax.

• Surcharge for additional person: €30.00 per day.
• For stays of up to 3 days, a short-term surcharge (15%) will be applied.
• Final cleaning is not included in the price.
• A deposit of 40% of the total price is required to make a reservation.
• The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

For a fixed booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total price. You will find the bank details on your booking confirmation.

You can order fresh bread rolls for breakfast from us every day until 10:00 p.m. (minimum order value €11.00), which we will deliver to your apartment door every morning. You will find the login details in your apartment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

The apartments are intended exclusively for guests who were registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the host.

Visits by unregistered persons are permitted only with the host’s prior approval. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted.

The host reserves the right to refuse visitors for reasons of safety, organisation or insurance. Parties, celebrations and gatherings involving several external persons are not allowed.

This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with the permitted occupancy and the fulfilment of organisational and insurance-related requirements.

Unregistered or unauthorised visitors may be asked to leave the property or apartment immediately. Repeated or serious breaches of this house rule may result in the early termination of the accommodation agreement, insofar as permitted by law.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

For our younger guests: Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge upon advance request.

Parking is available directly at the house. One parking space per apartment (4 persons). Additional parking spaces are available only upon request and cannot be guaranteed.

We ask for your understanding that our entire hotel is a non-smoking area for the general well-being of our guests. You will find an ashtray on your balcony.

A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening, there is a night bus (at the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus schedules here.

To avoid long lines at the ski pass ticket office, you can also purchase your ski pass directly from us at the hotel.

Winter:
– Up to 3 months before arrival – no charge
– Up to 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total price
– 29 days before arrival and in case of no-show – 90% of the total price
– In case of early departure – 100% of the total price

Summer:
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price.
