Information
Prices are in euros for the entire apartment (based on normal occupancy) per day, plus local tax.
- Surcharge for additional person: €30.00 per day.
- For stays of up to 3 days, a short-term surcharge (15%) will be applied.
- Final cleaning is not included in the price.
- A deposit of 40% of the total price is required to make a reservation.
- The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Arrival & Departure
Please note that your apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest. On the day of departure, we can make your apartment available to you until 9:00 a.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., please notify us.
Deposit
For a fixed booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total price. You will find the bank details on your booking confirmation.
Breadroll service
You can order fresh bread rolls for breakfast from us every day until 10:00 p.m. (minimum order value €11.00), which will be delivered to your door every morning. You will find the login details in your apartment.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. We charge a fee of €15.00 per night (without food).
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Kids
For our younger guests: Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge upon advance request.
Parking
Parking is available directly at the building. Two parking spaces per apartment. Additional parking spaces are available only upon request and cannot be guaranteed.
Smoking
We ask for your understanding that our entire hotel is a non-smoking area for the general well-being of our guests. You will find an ashtray on your balcony.
Ski & Hikingbus
During the day, a free ski/hiking bus runs to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton (December – April & July – September). The current bus schedules can be found here.

Skipass
You can find the current ski pass prices here.
To avoid long lines at the ski pass ticket office, you can purchase your ski pass in the neighboring building (Haus Zangerl).
Cancellation
Winter:
– Up to 3 months before arrival – no charge
– Up to 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total price
– 29 days before arrival and in case of no-show – 90% of the total price
– In case of early departure – 100% of the total price
Summer:
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price.
In case something unexpected comes up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! You can take out a policy directly here.
Means of payment
Only cash payments are accepted on site.
