<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_toggle title=”General Guidelines for Using the Apartment”]We ask that you treat the apartment, its furnishings, and all common areas with care and respect. The house rules apply to all registered guests as well as to authorized visitors. The guest who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all traveling companions also comply with the house rules.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Arrival & Departure”]Please note that your apartment will be available for check-in no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we can make your apartment available until 9:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Visitors”]\nThe apartments are intended exclusively for guests listed at the time of booking and confirmed by the landlord.<\/p>\n

Visitors who were not listed at the time of booking are permitted only with the landlord\u2019s prior consent. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered guests are not permitted.<\/p>\n

The landlord reserves the right to refuse visitors for safety, organizational, or insurance reasons. Parties, celebrations, and gatherings with multiple outside guests are not permitted.<\/p>\n

This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, to ensure compliance with the permitted occupancy limits, and to meet organizational and insurance requirements.<\/p>\n

Unregistered or unauthorized visitors may be asked to leave the property or the apartment immediately. Repeated or serious violations of this house rule may result in the early termination of the lodging agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Pets”]Pets are not permitted in the apartments or on the entire property.<\/p>\n

This rule is in place for hygiene reasons, out of consideration for guests with allergies, and to protect the property. We ask for your understanding that even small pets or those brought for a short time are not allowed.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Parking”]\nParking is available right next to the building. One parking space per apartment. Additional parking spaces are available only upon request and are not guaranteed.
\n[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_toggle title=”Smoking”]\nSmoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in any of the apartments or in any indoor areas of the building. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.<\/p>\n

Candles and other open flames may not be used in the apartments. Smoke detectors and other safety devices may not be removed, covered, or disabled.
\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Quiet Hour”]\n

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.<\/strong>. During this time, please keep noise levels in your room to a reasonable level.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Please avoid, in particular, loud music, conversations, parties, and other disruptive noises in the apartments, on balconies, terraces, in the hallways, and in outdoor areas.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This rule is intended to ensure the rest and well-being of all guests and to show consideration for the neighborhood. Repeated or serious violations of the quiet hours may result in the early termination of the lodging agreement, to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Keys and Access Media”]\nKeys, key cards, and access codes must not be given to unregistered persons. The landlord must be notified immediately if any are lost. The guest may be charged for the actual costs incurred for replacing keys, access media, or necessary lock replacement measures.
\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Damage and Technical Malfunctions”]\n <\/p>\n

Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported to the landlord immediately. Please do not perform any repairs or make any changes to the furnishings or technical equipment on your own.<\/p>\n

Damage caused by the guest, traveling companions, or authorized visitors may be charged to the guest who made the reservation in accordance with applicable laws.
\n[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Ski, Sports, and Bicycle Equipment”]\nSkis, snowboards, ski boots, bicycles, and other sports equipment may only be stored in the designated storage rooms. Ski boots may not be left or worn inside the apartments or on delicate flooring. Emergency exits, hallways, and building entrances must be kept clear at all times.

<\/div>[vc_column_text]\nWe ask all guests to be considerate of one another and to adhere to these house rules. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.<\/p>\n
