The apartment is available until 09:00 on the day of departure. A later check-out is only possible on request and without guarantee. Please let us know your approximate departure time the day before your departure.

If you want to use the departure day still in St. Anton, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

You can order fresh rolls for your breakfast from us every day until 8:00 pm. Just send us an e-mail to info@hauspitzi.at with your order. You will find the selection of rolls in your apartment.

The rolls will be waiting for you at the reception the next morning.

Please do not just throw your towels on the floor. If you need new towels, let us know. We will gladly exchange them for you.

We charge a fee of 1,00€ per towel when changing towels.

St. Anton offers many different restaurants. Since not all restaurants are always open in summer, you will find under the following link all currently open restaurants according to the tourist office (errors excepted):

Please observe the strict waste separation regulations in Austria. You will find a list in your kitchen showing the correct waste separation. Please notify us when your trash cans are full. We will then come and fetch them.

We ask for your understanding that our whole house is a non-smoking area for general well-being. You will find an ashtray on your balcony.

A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the centre of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus schedules here.

The busses only run during the season.

The ski passes can be purchased directly in our house against cash or credit card payment. You can find the current ski pass prices here.

Near our house, at the Nassereinbahn, there are three sports stores. There you can rent your winter sports equipment for the next descent or equip yourself completely new.
