The apartment is available until 09:00 on the day of departure. A later check-out is only possible on request and without guarantee. Please let us know your approximate departure time the day before your departure.

If you want to use the departure day still in St. Anton, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

You will find the login details in your apartment. Please note that there is a minimum order value of €11.00.

The bread will be available on the bench in the hallway from 7:00 a.m. at the latest and will be marked with your apartment number.

The invoice amount will be automatically added to your room bill.

Please do not simply throw your towels on the floor. If you need new towels, please let us know. We will be happy to replace them for you.

One towel change per stay is free of charge. After that, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €1.50 per towel when changing towels.

The apartments are intended exclusively for guests who were registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the host.

Visits by unregistered persons are permitted only with the host’s prior approval. Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted.

The host reserves the right to refuse visitors for reasons of safety, organisation or insurance. Parties, celebrations and gatherings involving several external persons are not allowed.

This rule is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with the permitted occupancy and the fulfilment of organisational and insurance-related requirements.

Unregistered or unauthorised visitors may be asked to leave the property or apartment immediately. Repeated or serious breaches of this house rule may result in the early termination of the accommodation agreement, insofar as permitted by law.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofa. Dogs are also not allowed to be left alone throughout the day.

Please observe the strict waste separation regulations in Austria. In your kitchen, you will find a list showing the correct waste separation. Please place full garbage bags in the open garage at the end of the property (next to the garbage cans). Please do NOT sort the garbage into the cans; we will do this for you.

Two towels per person are provided for use in the sauna, which we will be happy to change once per stay if required. Please let us know if you would like fresh towels.

We ask for your understanding that our whole house is a non-smoking area for general well-being. You will find an ashtray on your balcony.

During the day, a free ski/hiking bus runs to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton (December – April & July – September). The current bus schedules can be found here.

Our bus line is line number 2 (in winter also line 5)!

You can purchase ski passes with cash or credit card directly at the reception desk in Haus Zangerl (adjacent building). The current ski pass prices can be found here.

There are numerous sports shops on the Nassereinbahn (only in winter) or in the center:

We would like to point out that taxi fares in St. Anton are relatively high. The following serves as a guide:

• From the center to Haus Anna: approx. €22.00
• From Mooserwirt to Haus Anna: approx. €35.00

At night

• From the center to Haus Anna: approx. €25.00
• From Mooserwirt to Haus Anna: approx. €40.00
